Our Business is located at 101 Warren Road Smithfield, Sydney Australia. Our Business hours are 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday – Friday excluding public holidays. Once your order is placed, the item will be prepared for your collection within 1-3 business days. You will be contacted by our team to collect your item/s from our warehouse. Please bring your invoice and identification.

Fed Ex, freight charges calculated on check out. Please contact our office if you require more information about international shipping costs. A physical address (not post office box) must be supplied for shipping.

* For deliveries outside of Sydney metropolitan areas (on heavy items more that 30kg) please note, if you require a tailgate service to unload your item, there will be additional charges. For heavy items, it will be best to delivery to a commercial or industrial address where there is a forklift, pallet jack or crane to unload. Please enquire prior to purchase.
